API Development Consultants Inc. was formed in 2010 with the vision of becoming the Hospitality industry’s
leader in architecture design and development.
We offer fully integrated project delivery and management services from concept to occupancy. Our

To simplify the process, we have broken it down into

phases: Preliminary Schematic Design, Design
Development, Construction Administration and Management. API’s team and senior staff have over 100
years of combined experience in innovative design, hospitality, residential and mixed-use developments,
and client service. Whether it is on the drawing board, in the office or in the field, our senior staff members
are always directly involved with the projects at API.
